Limited-edition and custom orders

Our products are offered as limited-edition custom selections. Please confirm your selected items and order details before purchase.

Custom-made or clearly personalized toy products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law. Please confirm the agreed styles, quantities and order details with us before paying. Selecting a standard product or color alone does not automatically make it a personalized product.

Damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect items

The custom-order restriction does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied incorrectly. Contact fjdz888666@gmail.com with your order number, an explanation and any relevant photos so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Return instructions

For any other return request, please contact us. We will confirm the applicable return instructions, destination and any return-shipping costs before you send goods back, subject to your statutory rights. The company registered office is not a confirmed returns warehouse. Do not send goods there without instructions.

Refund enquiries and consumer rights

Contact us with your order number to ask about a refund or its status. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement or refund right under applicable consumer law.
