This policy applies to orders placed through the FANJUN Trend Toys storefront at shop.tinyscenemarket.com.

Destinations

We accept delivery only to countries and addresses supported at checkout. We currently do not accept delivery to Russia or Cambodia.

Shipping charges

Available delivery options and the shipping total are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Charges and free-shipping eligibility depend on the products in your cart, destination and applicable shipping profile. Please review the final shipping charge before paying; adding products from different shipping profiles may change the total.

Order processing

Standard styles are dispatched within 48 hours after ordering. Some limited-edition styles are dispatched within 7 business days. Please check the product listing or contact us to confirm which dispatch window applies before ordering.

Estimated transit time

Shipping typically takes 5–15 days after dispatch. This transit estimate is separate from the processing time above and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier operations and customs clearance may affect delivery.

Customs and import charges

Cross-border deliveries may be subject to destination-country import charges. Please contact us before ordering if the treatment of duties or taxes for your order is unclear. Do not assume that a free-shipping offer includes import charges.

Order and delivery support

For an address correction, tracking enquiry, delayed delivery, damaged parcel or missing item, contact us with your order number. An order confirmation is not proof of carrier collection. Use the shipment tracking information, when supplied, to check carrier progress.
